Hey guys! We recently got hold of the new Moto G, a brand new Android device by Motorola with a super budget pricing and this is the unboxing! Before we continue with the photos and video, here are the specs:
OS: Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) with guaranteed upgrade
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU
Capacity: 8 GB or 16GB, Two years 50 GB storage free on Google Drive
Display: 4.5 inches diagonal (11.3 cm), 1280 x 720 HD, 329 ppi
Camera: 5 MP at 4:3 and 3.8 MP at 16:9
Connectivity: Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0
The 8GB version is only about RM700 in the market now and it comes with a colour back case in the package apart from the default black one. Customers do not get to choose the colour as it is supposed to be ‘random’ and ‘mysterious’.
So what’s in the box? Manuals, warranty documents and the usual paper stuff which no one reads haha. OK let’s put that aside and check out the real stuff.
Cables, earphones and of course, the colour back case which comes free with every purchase of the Moto G.
Tada! The main guy itself in full glory. The 4.5″ screen is really hi-res. It’s superbly vibrant and sharp for a device at this price point. Thumbs up to Moto for providing a great display.
Here you can see the black back case, 5MP camera and speaker. Wanna know how good the camera is? Stay tuned to my next Moto G post for reviews.
