Not in a country where Genius Bar is available? No worries. Apple has just launched @AppleSupport, the official support account on Twitter to help you with your questions and provide information about your iPhone, iPad and other devices.
We’re here to provide tips, tricks and helpful information when you need it most, and if you have a question, well – we’re here to help with that too.

One thing to note though. The account will respond to customer inquiries on a daily basis from 5AM to 8PM Pacific (9PM to 12NOON Malaysia time), and will frequently share tips, tricks, and tutorials about Apple products and services.
